Delivery Summary

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Transit: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday) within Canada.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Orders generally arrive within 5–11 business days from the date of purchase.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, a separate email will be sent containing tracking information.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping across Canada.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trycalmfeet.com. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered processing.

If your order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@trycalmfeet.com and include the following:

  • Your order reference number
  • A brief explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging

After review, you may choose to receive either a replacement item or a full refund.
