90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund under the terms outlined below. All return requests must be submitted within this period by contacting us at support@trycalmfeet.com.

Damaged or Defective Items — 100% Refund
If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or stops working as intended, we will make it right at no cost to you. Simply email us at support@trycalmfeet.com within your 90-day window and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • A clear photo or video showing the problem

Once we've verified the issue, we'll issue a full 100% refund. You will not be required to ship the item back to us.

Returns for Other Reasons (Change of Mind)
If you'd like to return your product for any other reason — for example, you've changed your mind or it didn't meet your expectations — you may return it within 90 days, subject to the following:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Items must be returned to our main fulfillment warehouse. The exact return address will be provided by our support team once your request is approved (please do not send items back before receiving this address).
  • Products should be returned in their original condition.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your 100% refund.

To begin any return or refund request, email us at support@trycalmfeet.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond with the next steps and, where applicable, the return address.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
